A happy call to come to the office
I called a case manager in Clay County this morning to confirm some information about a client. After talking to her a bit, her experience with ConnectAbility of MN came up. She said great things and was really happy with us. She said the referral process is fast and easy, she has always had great communication and just an overall good experience. She said she was thankful that we do what we do because she said otherwise she wouldn’t know how to get these kiddos the items they need.
She asked if we were going to be at the MSSA Conference in March. I said I wasn’t sure. She said if we were, she really wanted to stop by and visit us. She said “keep up the good work!”
