Hello, my name is Rebecca Trelfa and I am the Director of Divisions. I have been with ConnectAbility of MN since 2019. I started with ConnectAbility of MN as the sole Service Coordinator in the Chore Service Department. In the summer of 2022, I moved into my current role as the Director of Divisions. In this role, it is my job to lead and support our team of Service Coordinators, Coordinated Service Support, and Billing Administrators.
In each of our Coordinated Service Divisions, Service Coordinators and Coordinated Service Support team members work together to provide coordinated services by collaborating with case managers, caregivers, clients, and vendors to provide and coordinate a wide range of services.
Billing Administrators work closely with the Minnesota Department of Human Services and other insurance providers to ensure that we can accurately bill for services everyone receives.
