Serving as the primary point of contact for case managers, clients, and vendors (as applicable), this role relies heavily on clear communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving to coordinate referred services based on approved Service Agreements. Service Coordinators are expected to interact with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment while navigating complex or sensitive situations. This role manages assigned cases or shared service queues, maintains accurate records in Salesforce, monitors service status and thresholds, and collaborates closely with internal teams to support consistent, compliant service delivery.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing accessibility-related projects from assessment through completion, ensuring services are delivered in compliance with approved Service Agreements and Minnesota DHS waiver requirements. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, case managers, and subcontractors, and relies heavily on empathy, professionalism, clear communication, and sound judgment when working with individuals in their homes and navigating complex or sensitive situations. Project Coordinators manage project timelines, conduct in-home assessments, develop scopes of work, and oversee project coordination while maintaining compliance, documentation, and service quality.
Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact professionally and empathetically with clients and partners.

Volunteer Coordinator

The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, engaging, and retaining ConnectAbility of MN’s volunteers. This role serves as the primary contact for volunteers and works closely with Programs and Development teams.
The Volunteer Coordinator leads the day-to-day administration and coordination of the volunteer program, ensuring a welcoming experience for volunteers while maintaining clear communication and collaboration with internal teams. This position plays a key role in strengthening community connections and advancing ConnectAbility of MN’s mission.
Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and event details simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating events, community programs, or related initiatives.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with community partners, vendors, volunteers, and community members.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed per policy).
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to event setup and execution.

Accounts Payable Specialist

Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist supports the daily financial operations of ConnectAbility of MN with primary responsibility for Accounts Payable and related financial processing. This role ensures invoices, payments, deposits, reconciliations, and financial records are completed accurately and on time. The Accounts Payable Specialist works independently on routine tasks while collaborating closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Billing team, and leadership to maintain accurate financial records and support month-end, year-end, and audit processes.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a similar finance role.
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
- Proficiency in Excel, including data entry, sorting/filtering, and basic formulas.
- Solid understanding of general ledger functions and charts of accounts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Professional communication skills for internal and vendor interactions.
- Must pass a background check.
