Connect Programs
Connect aims to bridge gaps in services for people with a variety of challenges.
DONATED EQUIPMENT PROGRAM

ConnectAbility of MN has an amazing Donated Equipment Program. Our programs benefit both sides of the donations.
As a donor, we provide a place to bring your used accessibility equipment. We provide a charitable donation tax receipt and ensure that the equipment will be provided to someone else who can use it at no cost to them.
As a recipient, we provide clean, refurbished equipment to people or families that need it at no cost.

AGE-FRIENDLY PROGRAMS

The Age-Friendly program is a wonderful grant and donation-funded program. The programs supported vary throughout the year as we are awarded various grants and directed donations.
Please see below for our currently available programs.
Adaptive Toys
With our community partnership with Courage Kenny and a generous grant through the Central Minnesota Noon Optimist Club, we are able to give away over 50 young child toys that have been adapted with switch buttons!
Transportation
Through a generous grant from the United Way Central MN fund, we are able to provide transportation in Sherburne, Benton, Stearns, and Wright counties for the purpose of food sourcing, job seeking, mental health support, and medical appointments. This is a limited funding program and will be administered on a first come/served monthly basis.
