Donated Equipment Program Administrator- Central Office
Waite Park, MN
This position works directly with the public through receiving donated equipment and assisting in people receiving the equipment.
This is a physical job: accepting and lifting equipment, cleaning and repairing equipment, and assisting in loading equipment. This position requires great people skills and having a little mechanical skills. There is data entry for inventory management.

Project Coordinator- Central, North, or South Office
Waite Park, Duluth, or Rochestor MN
This position coordinates and performs Home Assessments and Home Modifications Projects.
It is mostly out of the office meeting with clients, working with contractors, doing project walk-throughs. Mileage reimbursement is provided, additional employer paid training, and team support.

Service Coordinator: Chore- Central, North, or South Office
Waite Park, Duluth, or Rochester MN
This position is heavy computer and phone work. Working directly with clients, vendors, and case managers to help people receive services that will keep them in their own home safely.
This position works with a team of dedication Lyft Transportation team members. Strong communication and computer skills are required for this position.

Promotions and Networking Program Administrator- Central Office
Waite Park, MN
As our public-facing, relationship building Program Administrator you will be in the community promoting our programs and working with your teams to grow our outreach and potential.
This is a hybrid position. Building and nurturing community relationships and creating new resources to support the mission of ConnectAbility of MN.

Bookkeeper- Central Office
Waite Park, MN
This position is responsible for maintaining invoices, payments received, tracking balances, tracking restricted donated and grant funds.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a bookkeeper with operational experience and a proven track record of creative problem-solving to join a mission-driven organization. This is not an on-the-job training position. Candidates are expected to have accounting skills and knowledge, be fluent in QuickBooks and general accounting practices.
