ConnectAbility of MN is the lead agency for the Regional Transportation Coordination Council (RTCC), we will work to serve as a centralized transportation solutions coordinator of available, affordable, safe, quality and accessible mobility options for our transit dependent populations in our region.
The primary purpose of an RTCC is to increase and improve coordination between transportation providers, identify and fill gaps, streamline access to, and provide individuals more options to where and when they can travel.
Counties: Stearns, Benton, Sherburne, Wright, and Mille Lacs
Our RTCC will work with human service organizations as well as both public and private transportation providers to:
- Ensure Quality
- Improve Cost-Effectiveness
- Utilize Our Combined Resources
- Promote Awareness
- Address Needs
for our populations with transportation barriers.
Populations we will look to serve, but are not limited to:
- People with Physical & Cognitive Barriers
- Those facing income challenges
- Older Adults
- New Americans
