Last night we hosted Tending for a Cause at Beaver Island Brewery. We are so grateful for the opportunity Beaver Island offers. Bridget and her team made a great night possible.
We are also grateful for all those that came our in support of our fundraiser, our 2 awesome bartenders, Katie Kunkle from Applebee’s Grill + Bar and Jameu Mauer from Advanced Repair. They were rockstar bartenders.
Our board of directors came out in support after a long day at work then a board meeting. It is awesome to be supported by such dedicated volunteer board members.
Then of course there is the ConnectAbility of MN staff. Marie was our shining star on this event. She did the whole event, wow just wow! Staff was out in force supporting and promoting our Mission.
We provide services and bill on the MN waiver. But we still need additional funding to keep the level of work we do available to all people with a disability of any age anywhere on MN.
So today we are thankful for the donations we received last night at our Tending for a Cause!!
